Our professionals assist the client company in all Corporate Governance issues like: shareholders’ agreements, shareholders’ minority rights; shareholders’ controversies; directors’ liability issues.  We assist foreign shareholders in the setting up of a company, branch or representative office under Italian Law: we take care of the corporate documents and the tax issues and post incorporation compliance. We use to liaise with the Public Notary for the notarization of the papers and with the Chamber of Commerce for the registration of the new company with the local Register of Companies.
